The goal of Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is to end pet over population through high volume spaying and neutering. The majority of our resources and 100% of our efforts are put to this one purpose.
Through our network of participating veterinarians, we offer year-round, reduced-fee spay/neuter surgeries for both cats and dogs in need.
In addition, SNAP sponsors the Spay/Neuter Express, a reduced-fee mobile spay/neuter service for owned and feral cats, along with co-sponsors PAWS and HOKAFI
